Depending on the requirement, different welding techniques are used in sheet metal fabrication. Our highly skilled welders are able to carry out the following welding processes:

Stainless Steel MIG Welding (metal inert gas) – this process uses a constant wire feed as an electrode to join the metal together with an inert or semi-inert gas mixture which protects the weld from contamination.

Stainless Steel TIG Welding  (tungsten inert gas) – this manual welding process uses a tungsten electrode to produce the weld in conjunction with a separate filler material. Again, an inert or semi-inert gas is used to protect the weld from contamination. This process is suitable for seam welding thin metals.

Stainless Steel Spot Welding – This method is used to join overlapping metal sheets and is achieved by using two electrodes to clamp the metal together while passing a current through. With a consistent weld quality, spot welding will give a low-cost method of joining metals which do not require a seam.

We are a stainless steel fabricator producing high quality custom stainless steel fabrications and customisation of product manufacturing for companies that manufacture stainless steel for pharmaceutical, medical, food, environmental, architectural, oil and gas companies that meet their strict quality standards.
